Everything would be alright;
Why'd you lie.

chapter one ; the silence you get from asking whats wrong. - monday afternoon, with the blistering heat baking the grounds, a friend comes over to laze around just doing nothing. she turns on her laptop, hoping to clear some mail, perhaps play a few games, blog a little, chat with a few friends. she signs in to msn, hoping to see him online, or maybe its just a habit. she just wants to see him online. true enough, he is. his personal reads something to do with a story, never going to be told. her mind wanders off, thinking, with no aim, no end. she wants to ask, whats wrong, but is afraid of getting no answer, like the many times before. she cant figure out anything. disappointed, she tries to ignore. but cant. what happens when the love of your life hides something from you, but doesnt tell you what, no matter how hard you try to ask. how'd you feel, what'd you think, what'd you do... - you've once assured me, things'd get better. things would change. were you lying? or were you as unsure of yourself as i was. deep down inside, i know something's wrong. is it me? or is it something else. why do i get this gut feeling its me? why wont you tell me? so many questions appear, yet i dont get a single answer. am i annoying you? am i taking away your time? honey, whats wrong? why's there nothing but a heartfelt silence between us. yes, i mean literally heartfelt silence. do you have something to tell me? i find myself drifting further away from you. i want to be in your arms once more, i want to feel your arms around me, i want things to go back the way they were before. please, love, dont let my mind wander like this. if anything's the matter, please tell me? perhaps you may not need me that much, but i need you more than anything else now. |
